Since the 15th of May Winfried Kasten has been heading the Kitchen at the Silbermühle. Together with Chef Werner Stössel he is not only preparing the traditional food for the hiker, biker and general tourist. Winfried Kasten and Werner Stössel have a first class reputation for demanding business dinners as well as for the most festive occasions. The two of them are able to spoil even the most traveled Gourmet Connoisseurs. The kitchen only uses the very freshest and finest ingredients to accommodate the highest standards of cuisine. The menu is revised daily. Besides the traditional alive freshwater trout, mountain trout and venison from the surrounding forests, you will find international cuisine as well as traditional dishes.
